What can I say that everyone
else hasn't! The cake was one of the best surprises ever
at my 50th. I had absolutely no idea my husband was planning
this (I usually know everything!!) The detail is just
perfection, even down to the water dripping off "my
toes"! It's lovely to see the cake on your website
even though I've still got it sitting pride of place in
my living room - I just don't want to cut it up. You truly
have an incredible talent, which is definitely more than
can be said for my golf!!

how we designed it. It looked amazing and tasted fantastic...all
4 tiers! Lots of guests commented on how nice the cake

you so much. Pauline was delighted with it- and everyone
else was too. It's fabulous to have someone to create
such masterpieces just along the road! Certainly beats
my pathetic efforts - I gave up the year I had to do snowy
peaks on Pauline's birthday cake as I couldn't get the
icing right (her b'day's in April!!!).
Currently looking out for something else to celebrate
so I have an excuse to order another one. Our glorious
Scottish summer? Well, maybe not.....

he was especially amazed that you could see the tip of
the pencil that was behind his ear.You took the time to

I've been meaning to contact
you for weeks now to thank you for the fantastic cake
you designed for our daughter,Jennifer. Apologies. It
was absolutely beautiful- so much so that she didn't want
to cut it! You have a marvellous talent, Lorraine, which

again for another graduation cake come the summer (will

wedding cake that you made for Mark and I (14th Oct).....I
honestly dont know where to start....It was stunning and
not only did it look very chic but the taste of it was
amazing. I tasted every single layer of the cake and it
was fantastic....it also looks amazing in my wedding photographs!!
Everyone commented on the cake at how simple and classy
it was and the amount of people who have been talking
about it after the wedding has been amazing.
You have such a nice relaxed professional manner when
it comes to your work. You have a true talent and I am
so pleased that you made our wedding cake.
When I looked at your website again today and saw our
cake I got a wee lump in my throat.

The cake is fantastic!
I just thought I'd drop you a note to say thank you so
much, everyone at the party was amazed by it. The two
ladies were thrilled to bits. The whole thing was superb,
one person there said she had to touch the cloth because
she thought it was real and didn't believe it was part
of the decoration. It was exactly what I had in mind or
rather was even better than I could have hoped for.
Once again Lorraine, thank you so much it was the talking
point of the evening.

was recently my 21st birthday on the 14th March and I
am emailing to thank you very much for the fantastic cake
you made. I coudn't believe the amount of detail on the
cake, it represented an exact picture of my bedroom. I
loved the model of me with my mobile, which even said
hi on the mobile screen! I also thought that my dog Robbie
was beautifully made. The sound of music dvd was so well
done, it even had Maria on the cover. The cake really
made my birthday special and I wish you every success

Just
dropping you a line to say thank you so very much for
Tommy's cake. It went down a storm in the restaurant,
the chef said that the person who created this cake, is
very talented, it is beautiful!!!!
Tommy's reaction was something else, he was mortified
that we were singing and when he saw the cake he said
"Oh my God, that's me, its me, look its me"
it was a wondeful moment. He has dared anyone to touch
it with threats of violence! The cake itself was the most
beautiful tasted cake we have all tasted, it was a unanimous
decision, high praise from a family of chefs.
Thank you once again, you made a wonderful cake that made
his day, and therefore mine. I cannot praise you enough.
The decorations are wrapped up in bubble wrap as you told
me and he keeps opening it to show people!!

my wonderful "West Highland Way" cake. As I
got soaked completing my 50th birthday challenge you rose
to the challenge of creating an edible WHW cake. The detail
was admired by everyone-they especially loved the sheep
peering over the fence!
As for the my daughter's wedding cake the following month-it
was beautiful-and you showed endless patience as she chopped
and changed her ideas!!
