I opened my Studio in May 2004. Since 2003 I have been entering the annual "International Cake Competition" held at the NEC in Birmingham. For the last 4 years I have maintained the highest standard of work for sugar modelling and have collected 5 Gold Awards to date.
I demonstrate and teach my skills holding Workshops in my Studio in West Calder with students travelling from all over the world to attend. I demonstrate for various branches of the British Sugarcraft Guild of which I am a member. Early in 2007 I created Online Tutorials for different projects giving clear step-by-step written instruction accompanied by many photographs for the visual learners. They have proved to be a worldwide success which makes me very proud indeed.
